Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your PalmPro account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Steps to Delete Account

    Open the PalmPro app and go to **Settings > Delete Account**.

    Confirm your request by entering your password.

  3. 3

    Click the "Delete Account" button to proceed.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your PalmPro profile and authentication data
  • Your user-generated content (posts, comments, preferences)
  • Your personal information and settings
  • Your activity history and analytics data

Data That May Be Retained

  • Transaction records (required for financial compliance)
  • Logs related to security incidents or fraud prevention
  • Data required by law or regulatory requirements
  • Aggregated, anonymized data for analytics purposes

Data Retention Period

Deleted data is removed immediately from active systems and purged from backups within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for security purposes.
